			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;How Fast Lose Weight&#8221;, it has become a mantra that many people are asking and when you think about it, who can blame them.  People are desperate out there to lose the weight and many people have tried a ton of weight loss diets and plans and nothing much has worked.  If you&#8217;re one of those people who woke up this  morning and the first thing that popped into your head was &#8220;How Fast Lose Weight&#8221; then I completely understand where you&#8217;re coming from.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been there!  You&#8217;re dealing with the shame that you feel because you just don&#8217;t &#8220;get it&#8221;!  Why can&#8217;t you lose weight when you&#8217;re doing everything that you should be doing?  You&#8217;re probably coping with health issues around your weight, or you worry that you one day will be!  Perhaps your weight is even affecting your  ability to do the things you want.  Again, I know because I&#8217;ve been there.  But please don&#8217;t worry and don&#8217;t give up hope.</p>
<p>It is very possible and fairly easy to answer your &#8220;How Fast Lose Weight&#8221;? question with one word - &#8220;Fast!&#8221;   Yes you can lose weight fast!  You simply have to make up your mind that losing weight fast is what you want to do for a duration of time.  That time could be a week or two weeks (I caution about trying to lose weight fast over more than a couple of weeks!!)  Just get your head motivated and explain to yourself what you&#8217;re doing and why you&#8217;re doing it and you can and WILL lose weight fast.</p>
<p>&#8220;How Fast Lose Weight?&#8221;  11 days!  Don&#8217;t believe me, then believe these people <a href="http://10bom.4idiots.hop.clickbank.net/?page=8585"><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Fat Loss.</span></strong></a>  It&#8217;s a fabulous resource that I highly recommend you take a look at if you&#8217;re serious about losing weight quickly.</p>

<p>If you&#8217;re the kind of person who rebels against authority, then chances are being told what to eat and when to eat it is not going to work for you!  You like doing your own thing!  Easy fat loss through following a particular diet is not going to be for you, nothing wrong with that.  It&#8217;s good to know.</p>
<p>However, if you are the kind of person who can work a laid down plan and find your own ways of getting through 1 day or 30 days that may all have a similar feel to them, then you are probably more suited to a diet plan that can deliver to you easy fat loss.</p>

<p>I remember when The Red Tops, as they are called here in the UK printed the pictures of Beatrice and thought how sad that they would target a young woman and tease her about her weight.</p>
<p>I mean, we all know that our body image and self-esteem are so closely intertwined, especially at that age (19)! Shocking it was and very unnecessary!</p>
<p>Good on you Fergie for standing up for your daughter and turning your life around.</p>

<p>The thing I like about it is that it is really just so honest and heart felt and you know that all that he&#8217;s going through to get fit and healthy is pure!  There&#8217;s a lot there to motivate anyone flagging, including me!</p>

<p>If you are a diabetic, you should avoid ripe bananas and instead go for the green variety.  Incidentally green bananas are a staple of the Jamaican diet, where my parents are from, and they are eaten cooked!  So I suppose I could get my banana fix that way, but I gotta say I just love the convenience and simplicity of ripe bananas.  You just pick one up and off you go!  It has it&#8217;s own container, you don&#8217;t need a knife or any other implement to open/peel them and they don&#8217;t make you messy!</p>

<p>I personally find that this time of the year can be like a stalker stalking me when it comes to keeping track of my weight.  You know that the temptation is to begin to fill out those large coats and those big stripey jumpers and hide away in a ball like a hamster, curled up for the winter and waiting to rejoin the human race in the Spring!</p>
<p>Unfortunately, life has taught me that I forget that I&#8217;m a woman and not a hamster at my peril.  I know that I have to knock the comfort eating on the head and face up to the fact that I really don&#8217;t want to have to redo the work I did over the last five months, at the beginning of the Spring next year.</p>
<p>My mission, and I do choose to accept it, is to make sure that I remember my vision.  That I keep my truth ticking away in the forefront of my mind for the whole of Autumn and Winter!</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been really busy running around working and sorting out my life, running a relationship and supporting my friends etc - had a lovely weekend in North London supporting a friend of mine with a work a situation.  Gorgeous hotel and I ended up catching up on my sleep and just chilling out at the British Library that was right across the street from the hotel.  So not much time to centre my weight loss around the bathroom scales!</p>
<p>I personally think it&#8217;s counter productive to keep jumping on and off scales anyway.  I mean, let&#8217;s be honest guys and gals, there are times when we have a slip or three and we don&#8217;t always need to be shown the evidence at the beginning of each and every day, do we?  Sometimes it does wonders for the self esteem and the motivation if we can leave it a few days until we&#8217;re back on track and have our eating under control.</p>
<p>The other side of this though, and a point to guard against, is if you go for weeks on end off track and secretly you know you&#8217;re off track!  You know you&#8217;ve had to loosen your belt another notch to get your favourite pair of jeans on!  If that is happening and you haven&#8217;t checked yourself, then get on them damn scales this instance and look at the cold hard numbers&#8230;and then breathe!</p>
<p>Take a moment, re-affirm your plan and get back to it!</p>

<p>The potential for this is huge people.  I know I more often than not wonder just what in the hell I&#8217;m putting into my body and more often than not you end up taking pot luck with some foods when you&#8217;re trying to lose weight. </p>
<p>The gadget is simple enough to use, you put in the foods you want the information for and the little NuritionData.com kit gives you the low down on what you&#8217;re eating and what you THINK you might eating.  It kind of takes the guess work out of fat, nurtional content etc. for some of our favourite foods and by distinction, some of our biggest weight loss breakers.</p>

<p>To be fair, things haven&#8217;t been so bad lately.  I haven&#8217;t felt like I&#8217;ve been missing out on sleep too much of late but in the back of my mind, it&#8217;s always there!  &#8220;Will I get a good nights sleep tonight?&#8221;  I just never really know.</p>
<p>A friend of mine asked me if I thought my diet might have something to do with it?  And I don&#8217;t know!  I mean obviously I&#8217;m not drink mugs of coffee before I hit the sack or anything, but I really have no idea.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve had this insomnia for about a decade now, I know it&#8217;s a decade or more because I remember when Princess Diana died I was wide awake watching UK tv and was able to get the &#8220;breaking news&#8221; as it was unfolding in Paris in the middle of the night!</p>
<p>Anyway, my friend&#8217;s question got me thinking and as is my want, I&#8217;m gonna have to look into this and see if there&#8217;s any substance to be had.  If my insomnia is food related, then perhaps there are adjustments I can make within my diet to counter that!</p>
<p>So there, just thought I&#8217;d share!  Let me know if any of you have any sleep issues and if you think they might be related to your diet.</p>

<p>But what are you doing?  Studies show that if you have weight to lose and you&#8217;re not taking any exercise, then you have a far greater chance of putting that weight back on within the first two months of losing it!  People, you really need to get on the good foot and find something that fits in with your lifestyle and your schedule.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve said it before, you want to be adding to your life an exercise regime that you ENJOY not something you think you SHOULD be doing.  Trust me, there&#8217;s little point in going for what you should be doing because you will FAIL and fail big time!  If you enjoy kicking a ball around with your kids then start with that and do it on a regular basis.  Don&#8217;t go diving into the pool or a full on gym membership to end up going a couple of times and then quitting.  You will end losing motivation and all your weight loss goals will go sailing out the window and you&#8217;ll be right back at square one!</p>

<li>Give yourself honest answers about what you can do physically!</li>
<li>Start slow and build up!</li>
<li>Try and find an exercise buddy to help with your motivation!</li>
<li>Make sure whatever you decide on fits into your life, don&#8217;t lose your way because you don&#8217;t have time to get on your bike!</li>
<li>Remember sex is a great form of exercise!</li>
